بعد المطر، صار التراب قدام البيت مبلول، وما قدرنا نقعد تحت الشجرة.ba'da il-matar, sâr it-turâb quddâm il-bêt mablûl, wa mâ qidirnâ naq'ud taht ish-shajara.

After the rain, the soil in front of the house became wet, and we could not sit under the tree.

البنت الصغيرة بتخاف من البرق، فامها قعدت جنبها شوي.il-bint is-sghire btkhâf min il-barq, fa-imha 'a'adit janbha shwayy.
