Since we are learning about viel / mehr / am meisten, what are the forms for its opposite, wenig?
Unlike viel (much/a lot), which is highly irregular, wenig (little) is completely regular! The comparative is weniger (less) and the superlative is am wenigsten (the least). To say 'I have less time', you just say Ich habe weniger Zeit.
Why doesn't wenig get an adjective ending here, like wenige?
When wenig (little) and viel (much) are used with uncountable nouns—things you can't count with numbers, like Zeit (time) or Geld (money)—they don't take an ending. You only add endings for plural, countable things, like wenige Tage (few days).
What is the difference between having wenig Zeit and ein wenig Zeit?
