No, you do not. When a Type 2 ordinal like panjomin comes before a noun, you just place them next to each other without an ezafe. So it is panjomin ruz, not panjomin-e ruz.
If there is no ezafe after panjomin, why is there one between ruz and hafte?
The ezafe is needed here to show belonging, translating to "of the" in English. ruz-e hafte means "day of the week". The rule about dropping the ezafe only applies to the -omin number before the noun, not the rest of the phrase!
Could I say "the fifth day" by putting the number after the noun instead?
