With compound verbs using کردن, the be- prefix is optional in the subjunctive and is very often dropped in everyday speech and writing. Both دعوت کنند and دعوت بکنند are correct, but dropping the prefix is more common here.
What does the را after من do?
را is the specific direct object marker. Because "me" (من) is the specific person receiving the action of being invited, we must add را right after it to clearly show who is being invited.
