Learn Dutch: Dat kan! - That is possible!

In Dutch, the verb kunnen (can / to be able to) is often used on its own to say that something is possible, allowed, or an option. While an English speaker says "That is possible", a Dutch speaker simply says "That can!" (Dat kan!).

Where is the main action verb in this sentence?
