It lets the notice name procedures without inventing an English-style dummy subject. This is characteristic of formal packaging, but the body returns to ordinary predicates whenever an actor matters.

Cause, condition, and time come before the instruction

เนื่องจาก...จึง... (nueang chak...chueng...) explicitly frames cause and consequence: planned work motivates closure. หากต้องการ... (hak tongkan...) limits the following request to readers who need a room. เมื่อ...แล้วเสร็จ (muea...laeo set) places the future announcement after completion. These initial frames tell readers how to interpret the main clause before they reach it.

Classifiers and aspect make logistics precise
