Reír: Full Conjugation

Reír means "to laugh." It is a short but tricky -ir verb with an e→i stem change. Because the stem is reduced to just r-, many forms require a written accent to break the hiatus between vowels and keep the stress on the correct syllable. Its reflexive cousin reírse is more common in conversation: me río de todo.
