To say "in order to [do something]" in Turkish, you just take the dictionary form of the verb (ending in -mak or -mek) and add the word için (for) right after it. Here, takip etmek (to track) + için gives us "in order to track".

Why do both koli (parcel) and internet have an -i ending?

They both take the specific direct object ending (the accusative case) because they are specific things receiving an action. However, they belong to different verbs! Koli takes the ending (koliyi) because it is the specific thing being tracked (takip etmek), while internet takes the ending (interneti) because it is the specific thing being used (kullanıyorum).

Why is there a -y- in koliyi but not in interneti?

The -y- is a buffer letter. When you add a suffix starting with a vowel (like the -i ending) to a word that already ends in a vowel (like koli), you must insert a -y- to keep the two vowels apart. Because internet ends in a consonant (t), you can just attach the -i directly.
