When you use det här (this) in Swedish, the noun that follows it must be in its definite form. Since kvitto is the base word, we add the definite ending -t to make it kvittot. Literally, Swedish says 'this here the receipt'.

Why do we use det här instead of den här for 'this'?

Because kvitto is an ett-word (ett kvitto). You always match the 'this' word to the noun's gender: det här goes with ett-words, and den här goes with en-words.

Doesn't vill mean 'want'? Why do we need ha here?

Vill actually means 'want to' in Swedish and is used alongside other verbs. When you want a physical object, like a receipt, you have to say vill ha, which literally translates to 'want to have'.

Why is there no word for 'Do' at the beginning of the question?

Swedish doesn't use a helper word like 'do' to ask questions. Instead, you simply swap the subject and the verb. A normal statement is Du vill ha (You want), so to make it a question, you just put the verb first: Vill du ha (Want you have).
