Questions & Answers about Вам следует учитывать это, чтобы всё сделать разумно.
Why is 'Вам' in the dative case here instead of using the nominative 'Вы'?
The verb следует (ought to / should) is used impersonally for recommendations. The person who 'should' do the action is always in the dative case, so Вы becomes Вам. It functions similarly to 'it is recommended to you'.
Why do we use the imperfective verb учитывать after следует, but the perfective сделать in the second half?
следует often pairs with imperfective verbs for general advice or an ongoing state (like 'keep this in mind'). In the second clause, сделать is perfective because it focuses on a specific, successfully completed result ('to get everything done').
Why is the verb сделать in the infinitive after чтобы instead of being conjugated?
When the implied subject of the main clause is the same as the subject in the чтобы clause (you are the one considering, and you are the one doing), you just use the infinitive. If a different person were doing the second action, you would use the past tense, like чтобы он сделал.
Could I say сделать всё instead of всё сделать?
Yes, but всё сделать sounds slightly more natural here. In Russian, short object pronouns like всё (everything) or это (this) often tuck in right before the infinitive they belong to.
