かれ と わたし の けん は ちがいます。kare to watasi no iken ha tigaimasu.
His opinion differs from mine.
かのじょ の けん が からない。kanozyo no iken ga wakaranai.
I don't understand her view.
わたしたち の けん は いっしょ です。watasitati no iken ha issyo desu.
Our opinions are the same.

The word issyo is used here to show that the opinions are unified or aligned (held together with the other person).

Most of the time you should use the word おな when referring to things that are the same.

けん を して ください。iken wo dasite kudasai.
Please give your opinion.
せんせい に ごけん を うかがいたい です。sensei ni goiken wo ukagaitai desu.
I would like to ask for your opinion, teacher.
