Why do we use kein here instead of nicht to say "no"?
In German, you use kein to negate nouns, which translates to "no" or "not a". You use nicht to negate verbs or adjectives. Since Problem is a noun, we must use kein.
Why does kein have no extra letters at the end?
The ending of kein changes depending on the gender of the noun. Because Problem is a neuter noun (das Problem), the basic form kein is used. If it were a feminine noun, it would be keine.
Why are the words Problem and Zeit capitalized in the middle of the sentence?
In German, every single noun is capitalized regardless of where it appears in a sentence. Both Problem (problem) and Zeit (time) are nouns.
Why isn't there an article before Zeit?
Just like in English, you do not need an article when talking about an uncountable concept in a general sense. You simply say ich habe Zeit exactly like we say "I have time".
