Why do we use celles here instead of ceux?
Celles is the feminine plural demonstrative pronoun meaning "these ones" or "those ones". It is used here because it replaces the noun les motos (the motorcycles), which is feminine plural.
Why is moto considered feminine when it ends in an "o"?
Moto is an abbreviation of the longer word la motocyclette. When French words are shortened, they keep their original gender. That is why it is la moto, and why we must use the feminine pronoun celles to replace it.
