You simply place est-ce que immediately after the question word (quand). The magic of this structure is that the rest of the sentence stays in its normal statement order: subject (tu) plus verb (voyages).
What happens to the English word "do" from "When do you travel"?

Why does voyages end in an "s", and do I pronounce it?
