To make it plural, le sac becomes les sacs and une chaise becomes des chaises. Notice we just add an s to both nouns. You also have to change the verb est (is) to sont (are). So the full plural sentence is: Les sacs sont sur des chaises.
Do I pronounce the letter c at the end of sac?
