When describing a noun with multiple adjectives, it is often more natural and stylistically elegant to connect parallel modifiers using و (and) instead of a chain of Ezafes.
When you link two adjectives with و:
- Attach the Ezafe to the head noun.
- Do not attach an Ezafe to the first adjective; simply follow it with و.

You can apply this parallel structure to specific features, such as a bird's tail (دم), beak (منقار), or crest (کاکل). Observe how the head noun always takes the Ezafe, but the first adjective stands bare before و:
