When making questions with the future tense, the personal ending comes behind the question particle. The exception to this is the plural suffix for the third person plural, which comes after the verb.

Won't he come?	Gelmeyecek mi?

Here the question particle mİ is placed after arabayla because we would like to know in which way you come rather than whether you come or not.
