Why does yuvarlak come before ayna?
Just like in English, Turkish adjectives like yuvarlak (round) come right before the noun they describe, which is ayna (mirror). Notice that the adjective doesn't take any extra endings.

There isn't a separate word for it! In simple descriptive sentences in Turkish, you often don't need a word for 'is'. Putting the location duvarda (on the wall) at the end naturally means 'is on the wall'.
Why is the suffix -da used on duvar instead of -de?
This happens because of vowel harmony. The last vowel in duvar (wall) is an 'a'. Since 'a' is a back vowel, the location suffix must also use a back vowel, making it -da (on/at/in).
