### Future Tense Questions

To ask yes/no questions about the future, we use the interrogative particle **mı** or **mi**.

The formula is:
**Verb Stem** + **-(y)acak / -(y)ecek** + [space] + **mı / mi**

Because of vowel harmony, verbs taking **-acak** will always be followed by **mı**, and verbs taking **-ecek** will always be followed by **mi**.

### Adding Personal Suffixes

When asking if "you", "we", or "I" will do something, the personal suffix attaches directly to the question particle, not the verb.

Because the suffix does not attach to the verb, the **k** at the end of **-acak / -ecek** does *not* soften to **ğ** in questions like it does in regular statements!

Here are the forms for "you" (singular) and "we" (notice the buffer **y** needed for "we"):
- **-acak mısın?** / **-ecek misin?** (Will you?)
- **-acak mıyız?** / **-ecek miyiz?** (Will we?)

### "They" (Third Person Plural)

There is one exception for personal suffixes: when asking about "they", the plural suffix (**-lar / -ler**) attaches to the verb *before* the question particle.

- **-acaklar mı?** / **-ecekler mi?** (Will they?)
