When a university lecture drags on forever, a simple "very" doesn't quite capture the pain. To dramatically complain about something, Thai uses the expressive degree modifier เหลือเกิน (exceedingly / immensely).
Place เหลือเกิน directly after an adjective or adverb to emphasize an extreme, often frustrating degree. It works beautifully when complaining about a lecture (เลกเชอร์) or a class (คลาส).
