When you want to compare quantities (like "as many trophies as" or "as much time as"), use **tanto** + noun + **como**.

Because **tanto** describes a noun here, it has four forms and must match the gender and number of the noun that immediately follows it: **tanto**, **tanta**, **tantos**, or **tantas**.
