Несомненно (undoubtedly) is a parenthetical word expressing a high degree of certainty. Like most parentheticals in Russian, it is grammatically independent from the rest of the sentence and must be set off by commas. If it appeared in the middle of the sentence, it would have commas on both sides (for example, Роботы, несомненно, будут...).

Why is it две тысячи instead of declining the whole number for the year?

When expressing years using compound ordinal numbers, only the very last word takes the ordinal form and changes case. The preceding words remain as cardinal numbers (regular counting numbers) in the nominative case. Therefore, две тысячи stays unchanged, while тридцатый changes to the prepositional case тридцатом to match году.

Why use the imperfective future будут помогать instead of the perfective помогут?

The imperfective future emphasizes the ongoing, continuous nature of the action ('will be helping us' as a general state of life in 2030). If we used the perfective помогут, it would imply a single, completed action, such as stepping in to help us solve one specific problem.
