Russian doesn't use helper verbs like 'do', 'does', or 'are' to make questions. The single word читаете covers 'read', 'do read', and 'are reading'. You make it a question simply by changing your intonation and raising your voice on the verb!
Why is Конечно pronounced with an 'sh' sound instead of a 'ch' sound?
In a few common Russian words, the letter combination чн is pronounced as an 'sh' sound instead of a 'ch' sound. Конечно is the most famous example of this rule. You will also hear it in other everyday words like скучно (boring).

Вы is the formal or plural 'you'. You use it when speaking to a group of people, or respectfully to one adult you don't know well, like a stranger or a boss. If you were asking a friend or family member, you would use the informal 'you' (ты) and change the verb to match: ты читаешь.
Why does the verb end in -ете?
In Russian, verbs change their endings based on who is doing the action. The dictionary form of 'to read' is читать. When paired with Вы, you drop the final -ть and add the formal/plural ending -ете, making it читаете.
