Why do we use наша instead of наш here?
Possessive pronouns like "our" have to match the gender of the noun they belong to. The word for work, работа, ends in -а, making it a feminine noun. So, we must use the feminine form наша instead of the masculine наш.
Where is the word for "is" in this sentence?
