がくせい は せんせい に められた。gakusei ha sensei ni homerareta.
The student was praised by the teacher.
かのじょ は どろぼう に さい を ぬすまれた。kanozyo ha dorobou ni saihu wo nusumareta.
She had her wallet stolen by a thief.
その しゃしん は おおく の ひと に られました。sono syasin ha ooku no hito ni miraremasita.
That photo was seen by many people.
さい が ぬすまれました。saihu ga nusumaremasita.
The wallet was stolen.
がみ が おくられました。tegami ga okuraremasita.
The letter was sent.
ドア が けられました。doa ga akeraremasita.
The door was opened.
