Usages of soto

そと で あそんで ください。soto de asonde kudasai.
Please play outside.
そと の テーブル の うえ に ゴリラ が います。soto no teeburu no ue ni gorira ga imasu.
There is a gorilla on top of the table outside.
そと で あそんじゃ いけない。soto de asonzya ikenai.
You're not allowed to play outside.
さむく なければ、 そと で あそびます。samuku nakereba, soto de asobimasu.
If it's not cold, I'll play outside.
ふゆ の ころ、 さむくて そと に たく なかった。huyu no koro, samukute soto ni detaku nakatta.
