出でかけるdekakeru

出かける is more specific than 出る, as it implies going out specifically for a purpose, such as shopping, dining or visiting someone.

Since it's raining, I don't have to go out.
雨あめ だ から、 出でかけなくて も いい。ame da kara, dekakenakute mo ii.
