To say A or B in Japanese, you can use the construction A か B (か) in Japanese. The particle can be used to list two or more options as follows.

The particle implies that the mentioned options are exhaustive, meaning that there are no other options.

You can also use to mean or by using it after adjectives, verbs and adverbs.
