To say A or B in Japanese, you can use the construction A か B (か) in Japanese. The particle か can be used to list two or more options as follows.

The か particle implies that the mentioned options are exhaustive, meaning that there are no other options.
You can also use か to mean or by using it after adjectives, verbs and adverbs.
