Even though preferire has a tricky -isc- pattern in the present tense, its future tense is completely regular! To say "I will prefer", you just drop the final -e from the infinitive preferire and add the first-person future ending -ò, giving you preferirò.

As a quick refresher, why is the present tense preferisco instead of just "prefero"?

Preferire belongs to a group of -ire verbs known as -isc- verbs. In the present tense, you have to insert -isc- between the root of the verb (prefer-) and the ending (-o) for the I, you, he/she/it, and they forms.

Why does naturali end in -i? Is it because prodotti is a masculine plural noun?

It ends in -i because it is plural, but not specifically because it is masculine. The singular form of the adjective is naturale. Adjectives that end in -e in the singular always change to -i in the plural, whether the noun they describe is masculine or feminine.

Why is there an i before prodotti? In English we just say "natural products" without "the".
