冷房 の 温度 を 下げます。reibou no ondo wo sagemasu.
I lower the air conditioner’s temperature.
暖房 を つける 前 に 温度 を 確認しました。danbou wo tukeru mae ni ondo wo kakuninsimasita.
I checked the temperature before turning on the heater.
