私 は 寝る 前 に 電気 を 消します。watasi ha neru mae ni denki wo kesimasu.
I turn off the light before sleeping.
私 は 夜 早く 寝ます。watasi ha yoru hayaku nemasu.
I go to bed early at night.
私 は 夜 遅く 寝ます。watasi ha yoru osoku nemasu.
I go to bed late at night.
