قبل از اینکه موجر قرارداد را لغو کند، نامبرده موظف است خسارت را پرداخت کند.ghabl az inke mojer gharârdâd râ laghv konad, nâm-borde movazzaf ast khesârat râ pardâkht konad.

بعد از خاتمهی قرارداد، مستاجر باید ملک را به موجر تحویل دهد.ba'd az khâtame-ye gharârdâd, mostâjer bâyad melk râ be mojer tahvil dahad.
