Why doesn't this sentence use the direct object marker را after جمله?
The marker را is only used for definite direct objects, like when you say write the sentence (جمله را بنویس). Because this sentence uses یک to say a sentence (making it indefinite), we do not use را.
How is the command verb بنویس formed here?
This is the singular informal imperative (command) form of the verb نوشتن (to write). To tell someone to do something, you usually add the prefix بـ to the present stem of the verb. The present stem of نوشتن is نویس, giving us بنویس.
Why isn't the pronoun تو (you) used at the beginning of the sentence?
In Farsi, subject pronouns are often dropped because the verb itself gives away who is doing the action. The imperative form بنویس already implies you are giving a command to a single person informally, so adding تو isn't necessary unless you want to add strong emphasis.
