The lesson is about آنقدر ... که (so much... that). Why does this sentence use اینقدر and omit the که?
اینقدر literally means "this much," while آنقدر means "that much." In everyday speech, both are heavily used to simply mean "so much." We don't need که (that) here because there is no follow-up result clause. It's just a simple command: "Don't work so much!" (as opposed to a full correlative like "Don't work so much that you get exhausted").
I often hear people say "in-ghad" instead of "in-ghadr". Is that the same word?
Yes! In spoken, conversational Farsi, the final ر in اینقدر is almost always dropped. You will usually hear it pronounced as اینقد (in-ghad) or even انقد (en-ghad).
Why is the verb نکن (nakon) used here instead of نمیکنی (nemikoni)?
This sentence is a negative command (imperative). To tell someone not to do something, you replace the بـ prefix of the positive command (بکن - do!) with the negative prefix نـ, giving you نکن (don't do!). If you used نمیکنی (present indicative), it would mean "you aren't working" as a statement of fact, rather than an order.
