Emphatic Scalar Negation: "Not Even One"
When you want to strongly emphasize that absolutely none of a countable item exists or happened, Farsi uses a special framing structure around the noun. This translates perfectly to "not a single..." or "not even one...".
To build this, place the number یک before your noun, follow the noun with هم, and make sure the verb at the end of your clause is negative.
Let's look at how this applies to a digital detox, where the goal is to have zero contact with technology:

Escaping the Noise
This structure is highly versatile. You can use it to emphasize the absence of abstract concepts or events, such as mistakes in a strict environment:

It also works beautifully for describing total disconnection at a secluded retreat. Notice how framing the noun between یک and هم instantly intensifies the negative verb, leaving no room for exceptions.
