Job Interviews & Qualifications

Presenting Your Experience

When applying for a job, you will often need to introduce yourself as an applicant (متقدم) and provide a brief overview (نبذة) of your professional background.

Making a Strong Impression

To stand out in an interview, your goal is to leave a strong, memorable impression (انطباع). You can do this by presenting convincing (مقنع) arguments and speaking with fluency (طلاقة).

In Arabic, expressing that you did something "fluently" is phrased as speaking "with fluency" (بطلاقة).

Discussing Hiring & Results

Employers make hiring (تعيين) decisions based on real, measurable outcomes. When discussing your past work, it is highly effective to emphasize the tangible (ملموس) results you have achieved.

Highlighting Achievements and Passion

During the interview, use strong verbs to describe your actions. The verb أبرز means "to highlight" or "to emphasize," which is perfect for drawing attention to your accomplishments.

Companies also value candidates who keep pace with (واكب) industry growth and who are passionate (شغوف) about their work. When using شغوف, it is typically followed by the preposition بـ to state what you are passionate "about."
