Questions & Answers about Bu ürünlerin hepsi çok kaliteli.
Why do we say ürünlerin hepsi instead of just ürünler hep?
In Turkish, phrases like 'all of the products' use a possessive construction, acting literally like 'the products' all-of-them.' The word ürünler (products) takes the genitive (owner) suffix -in, and hep (all) takes the possessive suffix -si to become hepsi.
Could I use other indefinite pronouns like bazıları or çoğu in this exact same grammar structure?
Since 'products' is plural, why is bu used instead of bunlar?
When demonstrative words like bu (this/these) are used as adjectives right before a noun, they stay singular. The noun ürünler already shows it is plural, so bu ürünler means 'these products.' You would only use bunlar if the noun was dropped entirely from the sentence.
