The word dolap ends with p, which is a hard consonant. In Turkish, when a word ends in one of these hard consonants (like p, ç, t, k, s, ş, h, f), a suffix that normally starts with d changes to t so it is easier to say. That is why the location suffix -da becomes -ta here.
