What's Your Name?
ชื่อ (chɯ̂ɯ) is the noun name — and Thai uses it straight as a predicate: คุณชื่ออะไร is literally you name what?, no verb to be needed, exactly like the stative verbs you know.

Answer the same way: ผมชื่อ… / ฉันชื่อ… followed by your name.
Getting Acquainted
รู้จัก (rúu-càk) is to know a person or place — to be acquainted with. It is the รู้จัก inside the introduction formula:
ยินดีที่ได้รู้จัก — nice to meet you, literally glad that (I) got to know (you). Use it as a single unit when you are introduced. ยินดี (yin-dii) on its own is the stative verb glad, pleased — ยินดีครับ works as my pleasure.
The reply adds เช่นกัน — likewise:

We
เรา (raw) is the pronoun we. You already know ผม and ฉัน for I and พวก for making pronouns plural — เรา is the everyday we, and in casual speech Thais reach for it constantly (เราไปไหม — shall we go?).
