Questions & Answers about Vi har många frågor.
Why do we use många here instead of mycket?
Många means "many" and is used for things you can count one by one, like frågor (questions). You use mycket (much / a lot of) for uncountable things like water, time, or money.
What is the singular form of frågor?
The singular is en fråga (a question). Because it is an "en" word that ends in "a", it belongs to a common group of Swedish nouns that form their plural by dropping the "a" and adding "or".
Does the verb har change because the subject vi is plural?
No! One of the best things about Swedish grammar is that verbs do not change based on who is doing the action. It is always har (have or has) whether the subject is jag, hon, or vi.
Is the letter å in frågor just an "a" with an accent?
No, å is a completely separate letter in the Swedish alphabet. It is pronounced a bit like the "o" in the English word "sore" or "more".
