The Formal Preposition "Oaktat"
In official agreements and corporate reports, you will frequently encounter oaktat ("notwithstanding," "regardless of," or "despite").
This highly formal preposition is followed directly by a noun or noun phrase.

Using "Oaktat" as a Conjunction
To introduce a full subclause (with its own subject and verb), add att (that) to form the conjunction phrase oaktat att.
