What is the difference between вероятно, наверное, and возможно?
Вероятно implies a high degree of likelihood and often sounds slightly more formal or analytical. Наверное is the most common everyday word for probably. Возможно means possibly or perhaps, expressing more doubt than the other two.
Why is there a comma after Вероятно?
In Russian, parenthetical words expressing the speaker's degree of certainty are strictly separated from the rest of the sentence by commas. If вероятно were placed in the middle of the sentence, it would have commas on both sides.
