Declining Numbers 5 to 30
For the numbers from 5 to 20, as well as 30, the declension is very regular. They behave like feminine nouns ending in a soft sign.
In the Genitive, Dative, and Prepositional cases, the soft sign at the end of the number is replaced by -и.

|---|
| 5 | пяти |

Declining Numbers 50 to 80
Numbers like 50, 60, 70, and 80 are formed by joining two numbers together (e.g., five and ten). When they decline, both halves of the word change.
In the Genitive, Dative, and Prepositional cases, both parts of the word take the -и ending.
| Number | Gen / Dat / Prep |
|---|
| 50 | пятидесяти |
| 80 | восьмидесяти |

The number 100 (сто) is very simple to decline. In the Nominative and inanimate Accusative it is сто, but in all other oblique cases (Genitive, Dative, Instrumental, and Prepositional) it simply becomes ста.
