Stressing

simply, just

po prostu — simply, just — the most common way to say that there is nothing more to it.

actually, in reality

tak naprawdę — actually, in reality — introduces the real state of affairs, often against what was assumed.

at all (w ogóle nie: not at all); in general

w ogóle — with nie, not at all; in a question, at all: Czy w ogóle lubisz sport? Its cousin generally, on the whole
