Please + verb
Proszę (please) followed by a verb in its dictionary form is the polite way to ask or instruct — anyone, formal or informal, one person or a group. You met it in proszę powtórzyć (please repeat).

There is no you in the sentence, so the same form works for pan, pani and a whole class.
Saying please don't
Put nie between proszę and the verb:
