południe and północ are worth a second look: outside time expressions the same two words mean south and north. Context decides, and at this level you meet them as times.

Saying when

With w + Locative these become time expressions: w nocy (at night), w południe (at noon). Note that Polish says w nocy, never w noc.

at what time

o której godzinie — at what time. It uses the same o + Locative the previous lesson introduced for clock times.
