interesować się is to be interested in. It is an -ować verb — interesuję się, interesujesz się, interesuje się — and it is reflexive, so się is always there.
What you are interested in stands in the Instrumental — the same case as after z and after być with a profession:

| She is interested in art. | Ona interesuje się sztuką. |
Asking
The question word is czym — what in the Instrumental:
| What are you interested in? | Czym się interesujesz? |
| What are you interested in, sir? — History. | Czym pan się interesuje? — Historią. |
