Expressing "It seems to me"
To share a subjective impression, Polish uses the impersonal phrase wydaje się (it seems).
Specify who is experiencing the impression with a pronoun in the Dative case (e.g., mi for "to me", ci for "to you"). Connect it to the rest of the sentence using że (that), preceded by a mandatory comma.
Wydaje + Dative pronoun + się, że + [clause]

Using Different Pronouns
Change the Dative pronoun to match the experiencer: jej (to her), nam (to us), or im (to them).
