Setting the Topic: Co do
To shift the focus of a conversation or set boundaries around a topic, use the compound preposition co do ("as for" or "regarding").

This preposition is always followed by a noun in the Genitive case. It is typically placed at the beginning of a sentence to establish context.
| As for the volcano, we do not expect an eruption. | Co do wulkanu, nie spodziewamy się erupcji. |
| As for the activity, we monitor the tremors continuously. | Co do aktywności, ciągle monitorujemy wstrząsy. |
Multiple and Plural Topics
When framing a sentence around multiple subjects or a plural noun, every noun governed by co do must take the Genitive case. For example, czujniki (sensors) becomes czujników in the plural Genitive.
