Lesson 81: Telling time: hours

To tell time in Japanese you need to learn the counters for hours and minutes. They are and ふん, respectively.

Just like with English, you say the time by stating the hour followed by the minute. To ask what time is it, you say, いまなんですか?. In this lesson, we will start by introducing the counter for hours.
